At Premier, we employ a complete quality assurance program that is dedicated to the principle of continuous improvement.
Our quality program is based on the premise that all parts should be traceable and certifiable back to the original raw materials.
Raw material suppliers are required to provide chemical composition and physical test reports with each shipment. Each coil of wire or bar is then inspected at our premises to ensure it complies to our customer specifications before being used in production.
The quality of all products is closely monitored. Our quality staff performs and documents first off and in-process inspections at regular intervals. SPC charts are also generated and can be provided on request. Further complete PPAP submissions are provided for automotive applications.
